Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma

assult charge

Arrested for assault on a police officer. Feel the officer was out of line. He entered my home as I was walking away to let others talk with him. He wanted to prove a point to me. Feel I was wrongly charged. I have never been in trouble in my life. I am over 40 with a great job, not sure what I do from here.

I was going to say the same thing that the previous poster said, but he beat me too it. I will just add that I handle these types of cases in Creek County all of the time.
