I strated to pull away and get out of there in fear for my life. As i was pulling away one of the men that attacked me ran in front of my car trying to stop me. In great fear for my life i continued to pull away and he continued to stay in front of my car. I even tried turning to the right and he still stayed in front of my car. I finally got away from him.

I called the police and files a report against the 2 men that attacked me. When the man that attacked me found out i filed a report against him he filed a report with the police saying i intentially tried to run him over.

What should i do? and what is my legal recourse againt this?

Odds are you have nothing to worry about. However, if you are called for an interview by a detective, don't go without a lawyer. If they want to question you, it means they are contemplating charges against you. Most people think the police just want to get to the truth. Sometimes that is true, but not always. Also, you are facing far more serious charges than your assailants, i.e., your actions could be construed as assault with a deadly weapon, but theirs sound like simple assault and battery. You do not know if they have friends on the force or other political connections. Plenty of innocent people go to prison because they make the mistake of trusting the police. For now, you should just wait to see what happens. But if they want to talk to you, it would be insanity to talk to them without talking to a lawyer first. Let me know if I can be of further help

Re: Assulted and injured

Who were the men who attacked you, if you know? More importantly, were they associated in any way with the dealership itself?
