Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
does an attorney have a certain amount of time to file for bond reduction? What are the guidelines? My friends lawyer still hasnt made time in 30 days to do this.

A motion for a bond reduction can be filed at any time. If an attorney has been asked to do it and has still done nothing for 30 days, its sounds like time to hire a new lawyer.
