Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
No Attorney
My son has been held in rogers county okla jail Now for over 4 months. And they still have not got him a lawyer. We need help please. Thank you

They don't have to get him a lawyer, unless he's too poor to afford one, and then he has to let them know he wants one, by asking (unless he is unable by reason of physical or mental impairment to do that).
