Can I change my lawyer after90days into my case due to he dont seem to be looking out for my best

If your lawyer is not a public defender, you can change your lawyer at any time you want. Your current attorney will have to refund any money for services that he has not performed. And, of course, you will have to pay the new attorney before he will agree to get into the case.
