Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
Changing State Laws
I need to know how to go about changing state sex offender laws in Oklahoma. I'm serious as cancer when I ask this. I am on a crusade for my husband. Not all the rules should apply to all sex offenders because the offenses are DIFFERENT and they want to lump ALL of them in the same catergory and make them follow all the same strict rules and it's not fair!

Re: Changing State Laws
The laws are made or changed by you elected representatives. Therefore, you need to contact your state representative and senator and tell the in what manner you think the laws should be changed.
