can you be charged for embezzlement for making cks to yourself for office supplies you bought but dont have a receipt? no one at the office ever kept a receipt for any expense and for over 60,000 of credit card charges

Yes, anyone can be charged with a crime when the district attorney believes there is enough probably cause to charge a person.
