Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
I am being charged with felonious aiming a deadly weapon. My ex-girlfriend is the one who is claiming to be the victim, she doesn't have any witnesses and there is no evidence that the crime was even committed. Will the DA's office still procede with this case?

Testimony is a form of evidence, as are some types of statements made outside of court.
By your logic, no one could ever be prosecuted for this crime when it is committed in private. The law does not work that way.
The D.A. may decide to drop the case, but nothing you have written gives me any reason to think that will happen.
