That is a question that cannot be answered with the information you have given. It depends on the type of case. Is it a felony, misdemeanor or a traffic ticket? What is the lawyer showing up to do? Is he showing up to enter a plea, conduct a preliminary hearing or conduct a 3 day jury trial?
My typical fee for showing up to negotiate and enter a plea for a traffic ticket is $250.00, and it goes up from there depending on the circumstances.
