Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
I have to go to court for bogus checks from 2005 . I signed a bond and was booked in and out. Checks total less than 500. will I get jail time?

The DA usually works out a deal for the Defendant to pay the checks and collection fee and court cost during a period of probation.
