Re: credit for time served in oklahoma
It sounds as though your wife was granted a "delayed surrender" because of her medical condition. If that's the case, then she does not get credit for "time served," but still owes the sentence she was given which must be served after her medical condition is resolved. I do not believe she will be given 8 months credit, as she was not restrained of her liberty during that time.
