Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
the da didnt file charges withina certain amount of time so i was released from jail after 10 days and about two weeks later they put a warrant out for my arrest. they said the arresting officer didnt file his papers in time. can they put me back in jail again for the same thing. i already been to jail for this.

Yes you can be put in jail. The DA has 3 years to file charges and even longer for some crimes.
