D.A fired same day trial starts

there was a trial in sallisaw okla. that started the 5th of feb., the D.A.that done this case was fired the 5th of feb.but did not get the paper telling him he was fired until the day the trial was over. was this a legal trial???? need help...............

Was he a licensed Attorney? Even though his contract was ended, he still represented his client and the case was decided.

You are barking up the wrong tree here. You might be able to appeal using that as your argument, but I think it a loser and a waste of money.
