Domestic Threats

RUSH: My sister lives in Oklahoma and is married to a soldier. She is receiving death threats from him and lately, he has called Children and Families on her, just to be mean. The other morning she had a visit from the police who told her that ther husband insists she is physically abusing the two children that they adopted. Of course, nothing came out of this.

How is getting away with this? The ARMY says he's fine (He can tame a Lion) but she is having anxiety attacks worrying about his coming home in eight days and whether he really means to kill all of them.

Can you help?

She needs to go to the courthouse and get a temporary injunction. That will make it illegal for him to contact her, and if he does, he can be arrested.
