how do you go about filling a paper for a yearly review to go back in front of the judge that sentanced you for a early release? My husbaned has been in for almost 2 years no misconducts nor write ups and is in a work release program he sentance was 2 counts of 10 to do 10 probation.

It is too late. A motion for a one year review had to be filed and the defendant has to be brought before the sentencing judge BEFORE one year from the date of the original sentencing date has passed.
