Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
expunge
If you commited a misdemenor crime and you did community service and paid a fine and you were told you no longer have a record or you case has been expunge.
Can anyone find this info on you?

It depends. Oklahoma has 2 expungement statutes. If you received a deferred that did not conclude within 1 year from the date of your arrest, the arrest record wil be non-expungeable for 10 years. I'd be glad to elucidate with details if you want to give me a call at the office @ 231-4343.
