Expunge of a felony record
Can a felony conviction be expunge after all probation is over.

Unless the charges are eligible for dismissal under a scheme of deferred/delayed adjudication following the successful completion of probation, or eligible to be expunged by statute, the only way to get rid of a prior state felony conviction is by a governor's pardon.
