what can i do if i have a failure to pay court costs charge

If you have a warrant out, the only thing you can do is turn yourself in. You will then be put in jail until you can appear before the costs and fines judge. At that time, you will have to work out a payment plan with the judge.
If you have an attorney and depending on what county you are in, your attorney can sometimes get you put on the judge's docket without have to go to jail.
