felony drug charge after former convictions
i am on probation for 1more year on a posession of cds charge.i was recently in a controlled buy sting.this was 1 month ago.the officer has not charged me with another cds charge. how long does he have before he must charge me or let it go?

A police officer does not charge a person with a crime. The District Attorney's Office is the office that charges someone with a crime. The state has 3 years to charge you with the crime you described.
