Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
I got a Felony Dui In 2006 which was deferred until 2007. How do I go about getting it dismissed? It occurred in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Thank you

You would have got it dismissed and the record would have been expunged if you would have appeared at your deferred review court hearing in 2007 and showed the court you had successfully completed your probation. It is now 2009. So from you question it appears you did not appear at your review hearing in 2007. It is now too late to get the case dismissed and expunged.
