forgery
a friend of mine forged a check for a little over 300 dollars and she knows that she made a mistake but she didnt have many choices. she went to jail and bonded out and now she needs a lawer and caint afford one how can she get a court appointed attourney? and what is the possibility that she gets off with probation and fines?

How is it your friend had no problem being able to afford to pay the money to bond out of jail but somehow cannot afford an attorney? Oklahoma law assumes that if a defendant can afford bond then he can also afford an attorney. In spite of the law, some counties will appoint an attorney for people that bonded out. Other counties will put the person back into jail and then appoint then a public defender.
I cannot answer the question about the possibility of "getting off" with probation and fines without knowing the facts of the case and the defendant's criminal history.
