Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
my ex girlfriend is saying she is going to file a police report for theft of property I dont have, can she make a report.

Anybody can make any report at any time that they want to to the police. If she makes false statements in making a report to the police she can be charged with a crime.
