Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
My husband is facing grand larceny charge after proir felony convictions. The item claimed to be stolen was asked to be borrowed and then was caught on one of the local wildfires that came through our area. We paid the person for the item and have a receipt that was given to our lawyer and to the judge today. What are we looking at or what do we look at doing?
