Re: judicial review
There is a statutory opportunity to present a request for a one-year sentence modification review to the trial judge. These motions can result in time reductions but rarely result in release, particularly for trafficking. You only have one opportunity to present the one-year review motions so you need to contact an attorney who is familiar with ODOC programs and this statutory motion.
