how is the law for assault and battery on a minor on school property in oklahoma?

I'm not sure what you are asking. Assault and Battery is a crime, regardless of the age of the victim. If the defendant is below 18, they can be charged as a minor. If they are older than 18, they must be charged as an adult. If you have more specific questions, feel free to give me a call.
