Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
I need to know about some laws
DEAR SIR,
Ifyou were to get arrested and the police,
take you into custody,book you,But never read you your rights.They never tell you that you can call anyone
for 4 days.They never tell you ofyour charges oranything.
On the 6th day you go in front of the judge .They charge
with a crime you no had to be a setup.Because you just
arrived an the owner of the place had just left.
Anyway on the paper the judge gives you say you were arrested in a town you never heard of .can it be thrown
of court?
