Lawyer refuse to ask for a mistrial
The defendant did not consent to police reports being ehter into evidence during his criminal trial. The defendant's lawer refuse to ask for a mistrial on the grounds of improper evidence. What can the defendant do about this?

You need to speak to an appellate attorney about filing an appeal on your friend's behalf. An appellate lawyer can explain the available options the defendant now has.
