have faliure to appear and fines in a different state ho do I fix the issues.

If it is a traffic ticket or other minor offense, you can usually hire an attorney that can lift the warrant as long as the overdue fines are paid. If it is a more serious crime, you will have to surrender yourself and get yourself put on the court docket. If you make arrangements with a bondsman beforehand, you will not spend any significant time in jail.
