misdemeanor possession

my boyfriend was ticketed in broken arrow for possession of pot but not paraphenalia but when he went to court for it they told him that their court wouldn't handle it and sent his case to tulsa. Now he has a warrant and is being charged with possession and paraphenailia. What would be his chance of no jail time and just paying fees and deferral or suspension. it was his 3rd possession in brokn arrow.

I am a little confused. You have entitled your question "misdemeanor possession." However, if this is his 3rd possession and if they sent it to Tulsa County, I am thinking they have charged him with a felony. In Oklahoma, a 2nd time marijuana offense is a felony.

There is no way I could answer the question about what his chances are for no jail time or a deferral or suspension. I do not know the facts of this case. I do not know your boyfriend's criminal history. I do not know which DA is going to be handling this case.
