Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
I was ordered to pay 14K to my ex wife in court. I don't have it or anyway to get it. I've since filed for Bankruptcy. My Lawyer tells me I will be going to jail for contempt of court. Can this happen? Will it be county jail? How long will I be in jail?
