Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma

I was at a party. Had two drinks (i am 18 but whatever). Next thing I know I wake up in jail. The all male police officer staff had taken all of my clothing off of me, except my thong and forced me to sit naked in front of them for three hours with not even so much as a blanket to cover the cement block i was sitting on. I am an attractive young female, and I know exactly why those perverts did what they did. I am normally a heavy drinker who can handle her alcohol so the chances of me not knowing who I am after two drinks and blacking out after walking in the snow with no shoes on, is pretty much impossible. Do I have a chance at getting the charges dropped and should I sue the police department. I need a lawyer to preferably tell me how to handle this. This was during a snow storm, so I had no way to obtain proof that I had been slipped a drug in my drink, especially considering the police would not let me collect a urine sample to prove my defense. They had video surveillance in my cell to validate my claim that I was held without clothes for a long period of time. I would have gone to the doctor but everything was closed due to the huge snow storm we had. What should I do?
