Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
I had to place my mother in a NH home 23 months ago prior to doing that she made me her POA her long disability checks were direct deposited into my account with the resp for me to send it to the NH. Due to circumstances beyond my control I had to use the money for me and my two sons survival. I've recently had the checks being sent to the NH the payee didn't change just sending them there. I've been making payments and agreed to give my mothers life insurance to them when she pass'es but they turned me in to the OK DHS I have to be there the 30th of this month.
