Police use of photos

Can the police show a series of 200 or more digital photographs, found on my work computer, to alleged victims of exhibiting obscene material in hopes that they might identify one or more of the pictures?

Re: Police use of photos

I'm sorry, but you have raised a number of questions in one. The first issue to deal with is how the police gained access to these digital photos that were on the computer. When you say "work" computer, do you mean that your computer is owned by your employer and located at your workplace that is not your home? After getting past this first issue we can deal with police use of the photographs.
