possesion of controlled dangerous substance
i have seven different presriptions and i had 2 pills of each presription in same bottle for convieniece was pulled over and charged with poss of cds meds are welbutrin,ativan, cymbalta, seroquel is ticket valid i thought cds was like coke or crank or other illegal drugs none of which i had

CDS (controlled dangerous substances) includes many prescription and other drugs that are never legal with or without a prescription. It is a misdemeanor for the first time offense of possession of prescription drugs without a prescription.
