private security guard, defence questions

A security guard is threatned by an intoxicated customer. A moment later the guard see's him moving quickly at him,he had crossed about 1/2 the lot, the guard yells out''stop'' ''do not come over here''. and yells ''stop, if you come over here to attack me I will defend myself'' the customer keeps commingand yells back'' I'm going to stomp a bloody hole in you''. The guard responds ''If you attack me I will hurt you, STOP, don't do this''.The customer gets to arms reach of the guard and trys to grab the flash light with his left hand. The guard steps back. The customer then reaches in to his pocket with his right hand and balls his left into a fist. The guard then strikes the customer onetime in the head. He dies two days later. The guard was not arrested. there was an eye witness.first degree manslater charges were later filed.How can he help prepair a defence for trial? Please help

Yours is a question which has no good answer except to tell you to hire an Attorney. It appears that you have a good defense to the charges which will be self defense. However, that having been said, it is your Attorney who will be advising you on how to best respond and try the case.

Please understand that a forum such as this is very good for a quick question or two, but when you get into an involved case such as this, it would be improper for me to advise you at all other than to advise you to get an Attorney, and do it NOW!
