restraining order
ok me and my fiance broke up she filed a restraining order on me when she was 16 we got back togther and were trying to get out of paying for it is it legal for someone under 18 to file a restraining order/protective order?

In Oklahoma, a victim's protective order can be issued for the protection of a child. I would be interested in knowing what County this happened in, and whether your fiance's mother, father, or other adult assisted her in obtaining the vpo.
