Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma

No sex, no touching of naughty bits, no talking about touching naughty bits, no touching his own naughty bits in front of her, NO crime.

I doubt the police would be interested in a call from a non-custodial parent in another state. But in the event the police do show up and want to talk to the boy, he KEEPS HIS MOUTH SHUT!! It would take two experienced detectives about 15 minutes to get a 17 year old to confess to one or more of the above, even if he did not do it. He tells the police that he has NOTHING to say and that he wants to speak to an attorney. He keeps repeating that, regardless of what the cops say or do, over and over until they go away.
