Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
help
what can i do to get a suspended sentence for a misdemeanor off my record in order for me to get a job.
i have been trying for the past 12 to 15 yrs. to do something about this. I can't get a job nor a home for myself nor my children, how am i suppose to live or take care of them if i can't move forward because of this incidennt that happened 16 yrs. ago

Hire an OK lawyer regarding the Texas equivalent of an expunction or Order of NonDisclosure. Your charges may or may not qualify.
