Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
I believe I am the target of retaliation by my employer as a result of "Whistle Blowing". I have contacted an attorney, but received a generic e-mail stating they were too busy, with no evaluaton or feedback reference my case. I believe this falls into the category of criminal law, but not entirely sure. Please tell me what category of law this falls under so that I can be sure I am pursuing legal assistance from an attorney that specializes in that type of law.

Ordinarily this type of claim would fall under employment law or general litigation. You haven't said how your employer is retaliating, though; its actions may also violate criminal laws.
