termination of services
how do I fire my attorney? He isn't giving me the representation I need and deserve.

Re: termination of services
You should send a letter stating that you are terminating his/her representation. The Court also may have to approve the Order Allowing the Attorney to Withdraw once he/she files his/her Motion to Withdraw.
