Trafficing in illegal drugs[meth]
I was recently in jail for drugs and i have acriminal background that goes back to when i was a juvenile.my co-defendent is no longer on the same case. how does that happen? we were both charged the same things. it says d.a. declined charges.does that mean i got set up?

DA declining charges mean exactly that. The DA's office decided to decline filing charges against your co-defendant. The typical reason for doing that is because the DA's office does not believe they have probable cause to charge that person with a crime.
