It depends on which county she is going to court in. Tulsa County will never appoint an attorney for someone that is bonded out. Sooner or later after being given many chances, Tulsa County will put the defendant back in jail and appoint a public defender. Some of the other counties in the Tulsa area are more lenient and will appoint an attorney for one that has bonded out. I don't know why your daughter just does not hire an attorney. She was able to come up with enough money to bond out of jail, so I am sure she can come up with the money to hire an attorney.
