Legal Question in DUI Law in Oklahoma

I got arrested for dui but the officer wouldn't tell me my BAC and didn't read me my rights. I paid the fine and bailed out. Do I have to go to court if I paid the fine? If so can they hold anything against me since they wouldn't tell me my BAC or my rights?

I do not know how you could have "paid the fine" on a DUI case. However, if this was some very small municipal jurisdiction, maybe that was possible. However, if you "just pay the fine" you are going to have a conviction for DUI. If you "just pay the fine" you are going to have your license suspended for a minimum of 6 months. If you do not request a hearing with DPS within 15 days of arrest, you are going to have your license suspended for a minimum of 6 months.

The police are never required to read you your rights. I would not plead guilty until I knew what the BAC content was.
