Legal Question in DUI Law in Oklahoma

daughter got 2nd dui offence. it has has been six months since the dui and nothing has been filed by the da. I am having to drive her everywhere and she had to move in with me with her daughter so i can take her back and forth to work. Is there a time limit for the da to file, has it expired for my daughter>

The DA's office has 2 years to file charges. Oklahoma County is currently running 6-10 weeks behind on filing DUI charges. With your 73013 zip code, I am assuming you are talking about the Okla County DA's office. With every month that passes, the chances increase that charges will never be filed.
