dui
Have a OK license and got a DUI in Cali. I was found guilty. So what state do I need to answer to? I live equally in both states.

Both. California will impose a sentence which will include a fine, some jail or community service time and schooling. You will need to attend and complete the California school or obtain a school waiver. Oklahoma may also require proof of schooling.
This should have been explained to you by your lawyer at the time of your guilty plea and sentence.
