DUI Xanax Oklahoma
Mother in law got arrested for DUI for swerving with xanax in her blood. I don't believe the prescription says ''No driving.'' Is there any way out of this? She has no money for an atty, and I'm not sure she has the capacity to fight this thing. Any advice?

Re: DUI Xanax Oklahoma
One cannot drive a car in Oklahoma, or any other state that I know of, under the influence of a prescription drug if the prescription drug impairs the driver. That is the law. It has nothing to do with what the prescription says.
If she has no money for an attorney and no capacity to fight this thing, then there is no way out of this.
