Erroneous Hotel Damage Charges
I'm being charged for damage to a room I stayed in that I did not cause and were not present in the room I stayed in. Hotel claims there is Candle Wax all over the walls, Carpet and bed. There was no such damage when I arrive nor when I left yet the hotel insists on charging me and claims to have photo's of the room (which they will not send me). Is there any re-course?

Yes: just say no. You didn't do anything, and they can't prove something you didn't do. Maybe someone else did: another guest, a vandal, staff, but you didn't. That's your story and you're sticking to it. Let your credit card company know the allegation is false, and instruct them to refuse payment.
