my husband has been sentance two 3 years in prison in Admore Oklahoma we hired a lwyer there which did nothing he didn't say anything in court at all.Miss lead us to take a blind pled and it would be better then the da offer but ended to be worse my husband went threw a year of hard core treatment on his own not court order, the judge didnt even ask nothing about it or look at all his papers he had from treatment they gave him to weeks after court to turn his self in and he did on time it was for a 3rd dui and he years apart and attepting to alude he has been sober since the day this happen a year ago and has did a 360 turn around in his life he knows he has a problem and he got help but the police there told the da they didnt want to give him a deal so the da's offer went from no jail time to jail time so thats why we took a blind pled which was worse so and he said it could be a year before he is moved to prison thats what they told him so what can I do about any of this
