Record of my DUI
I am wanting to know if I can get my record(Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations, OSBI) record cleard of my DUI charge. It occured in 1998, first offense, nothing since, pled guilty, 300$ fine, 1 yr deferred

Your OSBI report should reflect dismissal of the charge. Sometimes, however, the court where the charge was pending does not send an update to OSBI on the status of the charge. Assuming you qualify, to remove all record of the arrest and charge, you would have to file a Petition for Expungement of Record and would need to hire an attorney.
