Legal Question in DUI Law in Oklahoma

can u help me?

i need to find an attorney asap i had

a july 23 court date for an

application to revoke my probation in

which my attorney told me i did NOT

have to appear well they are still

trying to revoke and fixing to issue a

warrant i have tried calling my

attorney with no luck and he will not

return my calls. what do i need to

do?

If your attorney will not return your calls and cannot correctly tell you if you need to appear in court, it sounds like you need to hire a new attorney.
